The decor has a modern touch that gives the place a nice vibe, especially the art pieces scattered throughout. It’s quaint and has a character that's hard to find elsewhere, giving off a genuine boutique feel.
The 'Deluxe King Room' is anything but spacious—good luck if you're over six feet tall. the shower barely accommodates any movement. The noise from the reception can be disruptive, specifically in the mornings, and to top it off, I found the coffee machine unclean, which isn’t what you’d expect when you’re shelling out over €400 a night. Plus, don’t anticipate any complimentary items in the mini bar. the absence of even still water feels a bit stingy after paying those prices.

I loved my stay with warm and welcoming staff, particularly Joyce and Gaia. The Deluxe King Room was immaculate, boasting modern elegance with a plush bed. The location was a dream—only a 10-minute stroll to the Duomo. Family-friendly, quiet, and equipped with an elevator, it perfectly met our needs!
